An initial screening is done by our experienced hiring professionals and managers on your profiles and then some of you will be selected for the interview whose profiles are closely matches with the requisites. They will be called for interview either onsite or through telephone which measures your technical and personal skills.

Verification

Once the company is satisfied with your performance and profile, all data submitted by you inclusive of the qualifying certificates, merit documentations and related reports will be examined and verified by our team to make sure that those are all true and original. Also, not to compromise on the work culture our people are enjoying, we initiate a criminal background investigation and drug test etc.
